• جمع البيانات: نجمع بيانات المشتري (الاسم، العنوان، البريد) والمستلم (الاسم، الهاتف، عنوان التوصيل) لتنفيذ الخدمة وإيصال الطلب.

• أمان واستضافة المتجر: متجرنا مستضاف عبر Shopify Inc. تُخزن البيانات خلف جدار حماية آمن. تخضع بوابات الدفع لمعايير التشفير (PCI-DSS) لضمان أمان البطاقات الائتمانية.

• سرية المستلم: نحن لا نشارك بيانات المشتري مع المستلم (إلا إذا طُلب إرفاق بطاقة إهداء). تُستخدم بيانات المستلم حصرياً للتواصل والتوصيل.

• مشاركة البيانات: لا نبيع بياناتك. نشاركها فقط مع مزودي الخدمات (مثل شركات الشحن وبوابات الدفع) بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل المتجر.

• Data Collection: We collect buyer details (name, address, email) and recipient details (name, phone, delivery address) strictly to fulfill and deliver the order.

• Store Security & Hosting: Hosted by Shopify Inc., your data is stored behind a secure firewall. Payment gateways adhere to PCI-DSS encryption standards for credit card security.

• Recipient Confidentiality: We do not share the buyer's details with the recipient (unless a gift card is requested). Recipient data is used exclusively for delivery coordination.

• Data Sharing: We do not sell your data. We only share it with necessary service providers (e.g., shipping companies, payment gateways) to operate the store.
