• الملكية الفكرية والاستخدام المسموح: جميع المحتويات وتصاميم الباقات المعروضة هي ملك حصري لـ Grigio Flowers. يُمنع إعادة استخدامها أو استخدام خدماتنا لأي غرض غير قانوني.

• الأسعار والدفع: جميع الأسعار بالريال السعودي (SAR) وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة (VAT). نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل الأسعار دون إشعار مسبق.

• تحديد المسؤولية: لا يتحمل المتجر المسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو تأخر التوصيل لظروف قاهرة خارجة عن إرادتنا.

• القانون المطبق: تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص محاكم مدينة الرياض بالفصل في أي نزاع.

• Intellectual Property & Permitted Use: All content and bouquet designs are the exclusive property of Grigio Flowers. Unauthorized reuse or using our services for illegal purposes is prohibited.

• Pricing & Payment: Prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

• Limitation of Liability: The store is not liable for indirect damages or delivery delays due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the courts of Riyadh having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
